   City and country. Outside Hungary, local permitting matters too.

   What kind of building, and how big?

   Apartment, house, office, hotel, shop — and how many m². For a hotel: how many keys.

3. 03

   Existing or new?

   Refurbishment, conversion, or empty shell. Whether a survey or floor plan exists.

4. 04

   What depth of drawings do you need?

   Concept only, or construction drawings too. Site supervision, FF&E schedule.

5. 05

   By when?

   Any fixed date — a lease, a season opening, a move-in.

6. 06

   Where does it stand now?

   An idea, a property already bought, a live site, or a half-finished design.

What happens next

We reply within two working days, and if the job is clear, we give an order of magnitude in that first email.

If the project starts, the first step is the site survey. In an existing building we work with a 3D laser scanner and design from the measured model — not from archive drawings.
